Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened Make sure your butter is softened to room temperature.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Frosting

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For frosting.

Toppings

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the creamed mixture.
  • Roll the dough into egg shapes and place on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely.

Frosting and Toppings

  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting over each cookie.
  • Decorate with fresh fruits on top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Add fruit toppings just before serving to keep the cookies fresh.
