  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  • Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Roll the Oreo mixture into egg shapes and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to help the balls hold their shape.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  • Dip each egg in the melted white chocolate, ensuring an even coat, and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles or drizzle additional melted chocolate on top.
  • Refrigerate the Oreo balls until the chocolate has fully set, about 15-20 minutes.

Notes

These treats can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For freezing, arrange balls on a baking sheet first, then transfer to a freezer-safe container for up to three months. Always check for spoilage before consuming leftovers.
