Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and diced apple. Mix these ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture. Gently toss everything together until the vegetables are well-coated in the dressing, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes
