  • 6 slices Brioche bread Cut into small, bite-sized cubes.
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk Can be substituted with almond milk for a lighter version.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Add more for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

For Serving

  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup For drizzling.
  • 1 cup Fresh berries For topping.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cut the brioche bread into small, bite-sized cubes and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the custard mixture over the brioche cubes and stir gently to combine.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and fluffy.
  • Allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Top each cup with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries. Serve warm.

Notes

These cups can also be made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
