Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless

Instructions
 

Marinating

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt.
  • Place pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the pork chops marinate longer, up to 4 hours. Ensure your grill is hot before placing the pork chops on it to achieve a nice sear. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Let the chops rest after grilling to keep them juicy.
