Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos Use coconut aminos for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Use maple syrup for vegan option.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 2 sticks Green onions, chopped For garnish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Marinade Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over brown rice or quinoa, and add a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Marinate chicken for deeper flavor.
