  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for best flavor).

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan.
  • Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve marinated pork chops with a side of steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. A squeeze of lemon or fresh herbs on top can be a nice touch. To enhance flavor, try adding favorite spices or herbs. Ensure not to overcook for tenderness.
