Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Zesty spices (paprika, garlic powder, cumin) Adjust according to preferred spice level
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper

For the Pita and Slaw

  • 4 pieces Pita bread Warm slightly before stuffing
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Use your favorite brand
  • 1 cup Cabbage or coleslaw mix For the slaw
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, dill) Chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil and zesty spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • While the chicken is marinating, mix the coleslaw mix with ranch dressing and chopped herbs to prepare the herby ranch slaw.

Cooking

  • Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and stuff it into warm pita bread.

Serving

  • Top the stuffed pita with herby ranch slaw and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover chicken and slaw separately from the pita bread in airtight containers. Chicken lasts for 3-4 days, slaw for 2-3 days.
