Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 pound roast beef high-quality for better flavor
  • 1 cup caramelized onions slowly caramelized for richer taste
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese can substitute with provolone or mozzarella
  • 1 cup au jus (beef broth) for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom halves, then top with Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the top of the buns.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.

Serving

  • Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. For variations, add jalapeños for a spicy version or mushrooms and peppers for a vegetarian option.
