Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 6 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups Beef broth For dipping
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter For brushing

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for melting cheese and toasting the buns.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the roast beef evenly on the bottom halves of the buns.
  • Top with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
  • Spread Dijon mustard and horseradish on the top halves of the buns, then place them on top.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, heat the beef broth in a small pot over medium heat.
  • Serve the sliders warm with the hot beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

Best enjoyed hot; pair with crispy fries or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
