  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides, about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and onion soup mix until smooth.
  • Place the browned pork chops in a casserole dish and pour the soup mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and sprinkle crispy fried onions on top. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the onions are golden brown and crunchy.

Notes
