Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Notes

To store, let it cool completely and transfer to an airtight container. It can last up to one week in the refrigerator, or freeze for longer storage. For a smoother sauce, blend the mixture after cooking but let it cool first.
