Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 batch sugar cookie dough You can use store-bought dough.

For the cream cheese layer

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's fully softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the toppings

  • Assorted variety fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, etc.) Choose colorful fruits for presentation.
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze (optional) Brush over fruits for shine.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet to form a pizza shape.
  • Bake according to package instructions until golden. Let it cool completely.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread this mixture over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
  • Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer in an attractive pattern.
  • If using, brush the fruit glaze over the fruits for shine and added sweetness.

Chill and Serve

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Slice and enjoy cold, serving like a traditional pizza.

Notes

Cover tightly with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container to store. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, but best enjoyed within the first day or two.
