Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before baking. You can adjust the herbs according to your taste.
