  • 2 packs packs of instant ramen Use any brand of instant ramen
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted or salted butter can be used
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced Adjust the amount based on preference
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional) Adds flavor and color

Preparation

  • Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss them with the garlic butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Add a little water and microwave to reheat. For extra nutrition, add cooked veggies like spinach or broccoli.
