  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut four sheets of aluminum foil large enough to wrap each salmon fillet completely, and place one salmon fillet in the center of each sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet, then top each fillet generously with lemon slices and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
  • Fold the foil over the salmon to create packets, ensuring they are sealed tightly.

Cooking

  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm, placing the packets directly on plates or transferring the salmon to individual servings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap cooled salmon tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in the oven to maintain moisture.
