  • Dipping sauces (optional) Ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold over to seal.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the beef, as it may become dry. You can experiment with different types of cheese, like mozzarella or pepper jack, for a unique twist. If you like a bit of spice, consider adding some diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
