Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast Use your preferred cut of chicken.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For marinating the chicken.
  • 1 stick butter To make the garlic butter sauce.
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce Add more if desired for extra heat.
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes For a hint of spice.
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced For freshness.
  • 2 tsp paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances garlic flavor.
  • 1 tsp onion powder For additional flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, if necessary. Toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Mix in fresh parsley right before removing from heat.

Cook the Chicken

  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Grill or pan-fry skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

Serve skewers hot or warm; garnish with parsley or Parmesan. Pair with salads or rice. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
