  • 4 large large potatoes Choose firmer potatoes like russets or Yukon gold.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Helps to crisp the potatoes.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top after baking.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
