Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks 2 strip steaks Cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 1 sliced onion Sliced
  • 1 large 1 large zucchini Cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz 10 oz grape tomatoes
  • 19 oz 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wing's Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • Heath Riles' Garlic Butter Seasoning To taste
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese For topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the steaks into cubes.
  • Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.
  • Heat a griddle over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the griddle, then add all the veggies. Season with Heath Riles' Garlic Butter seasoning.
  • Add the steak to the griddle and season it with the same seasoning.
  • Carefully add the bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water over it.
  • Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Once the tortellini is cooked, stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and remove it from the griddle.
  • Stir the veggies and steak until cooked to your liking.
  • Top the tortellini with the veggies and steak, then sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve Garlic Parmesan Steak Tortellini hot. Pair it with a fresh salad or some crusty bread. Can be stored for quick meals throughout the week. If using leftovers, let them cool before storing in an airtight container.
