Ingredients
  

Steak and Seasoning

  • 2 pieces steaks, strip, cut into 1 inch pieces Cut into even pieces for consistent cooking.
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning

Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking steak.
  • 1 piece yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 pieces zucchini, chopped
  • 10 ounces grape tomatoes, halved

Pasta and Sauce

  • 18 ounces cheese tortellini, fresh Can use frozen tortellini, adjust cooking time.
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded Plus more for garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce

Garnish

  • parsley, fresh chopped For optional garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the steak bites with steak seasoning and set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the steak and cook for 2 minutes before stirring.
  • Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • Add the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes to the pan.
  • Stir and cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.
  • Add the tortellini and chicken broth to the skillet.
  • Cover and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and parmesan garlic sauce until combined.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and more parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served hot. Pairs well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
