For the Pork

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin Lean meat for best flavor and texture

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes, roughly 1-inch each.
  • In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add pork cubes to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for deeper flavor for 1-2 hours.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
  • Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (145°F / 63°C).

Serving

  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and squeeze lemon wedges over the bites before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, straight from the skillet. Pair with sides like steamed broccoli or garlic bread. For presentation, consider serving on skewers for gatherings.
