  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place the butter in an un-greased 9x13-in. metal baking dish and place it in the oven just until melted.
  • In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla; cover and process until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish over the melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 22-27 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and puffy.

Serving

  • Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with syrup.

Notes

You can experiment with different toppings like fresh fruits, whipped cream, or yogurt. Make sure to blend the batter for a light and fluffy texture.
