Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup water lukewarm
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Pizza Toppings

  • tomato basil sauce low sugar
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 green pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red pepper thinly sliced
  • rosemary fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
  • Place the dough in a bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough and form into pizza bases.
  • Top with tomato basil sauce and vegetables. Bake on a pizza stone at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
