Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil Extra virgin recommended for added flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can use low sodium if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme Can be added to marinade for more flavor.

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless can be used.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.
  • Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  • Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides. Great options include mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad. For added flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
