Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  • Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them on the grill.
  • Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with sides like baked potatoes, coleslaw, or grilled vegetables. You can use garlic butter or barbecue sauce for added flavor. Marinate overnight for best results.
