Pasta Salad Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (cooked and cooled) Cook the pasta al dente.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled) Can be substituted with mozzarella balls.
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing Add more if salad seems dry when serving.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
  • Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This salad can be served chilled or at room temperature. It pairs well with grilled chicken, steak, or fish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days.
