Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 8 oz pasta Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers and cucumbers) Can use any mix of your favorite vegetables

Meats

  • 1 cup salami, diced
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 1 cup creamy Italian dressing Adjust the amount based on preference for creaminess
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced vegetables, salami, and pepperoni.
  • Pour the creamy Italian dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Great on its own or served as a side dish. Tastes wonderful with crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
