Ingredients
  

For Ground Beef and Biscuits

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Canned Biscuit Hamburger

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup and mustard for serving

For Garlic Cheeseburger Balls

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Ground Beef and Biscuits

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir frequently and drain excess fat.
  • Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until bubbling at the edges.
  • In a greased baking dish, spoon the beef mixture. Cut biscuits in half and place on top of the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuits and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Canned Biscuit Hamburger

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion over medium heat until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add in ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Roll out each biscuit into a flat circle. Place a scoop of the beef and onion mixture in the center, top with cheese, and fold the biscuit over to seal.
  • Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard.

Garlic Cheeseburger Balls

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until browned. Drain and set aside.
  • Roll each biscuit into a flat circle, place a cube of mozzarella cheese and a spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Fold and seal.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Serve hot for the best experience. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
