Main Ingredients

  • 5 pieces tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for easy spreading.
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces sliced cheese (cheddar or Swiss) Can use a mix of cheeses.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Optional for extra flavor.
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce Optional, for added crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
  • Lay down slices of ham and cheese atop the cream cheese.
  • Optionally spread mustard on top of the ham and cheese, then add a layer of fresh spinach or lettuce.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, keeping the roll as tight as possible.
  • Slice each tortilla into pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.

Notes

Best served at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
