Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 12 rolls 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder together.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  • Layer the ham and cheese on the rolls.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm and cut into individual sliders for easy eating. Pairs well with potato chips, salad, or fresh fruit. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
