Preparation

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat (around 375°F).
  • Rinse and trim the asparagus, snapping off the woody ends.
  • Place the trimmed asparagus in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Toss the asparagus gently to coat each spear evenly.

Grilling

  • Arrange the asparagus on the grill in a single layer.
  • Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the grilled asparagus before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating asparagus for 30 minutes in olive oil mixture. Can serve alongside grilled chicken or fish.
