  • 1 lb beef mince Ground beef
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup crispy potato chips For added crunch
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles Sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Optional
  • 1/4 cup red onion Sliced
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the beef mince. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and fully cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Salad Mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced pickles, and red onion.

Special Sauce

  • Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a separate bowl until well combined.

Assembly

  • Layer the cooked beef mince over the salad mixture, then add the crispy potato chips on top.
  • Drizzle generously with the special sauce before serving.

Notes
