Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell peppers, onion, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes
