  • ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt (2-5% fat recommended) Opt for higher-fat yogurt for creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning Can substitute with homemade ranch seasoning.
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar (optional) Add for dressing variation.

Preparation

  • In a high-powered blender or food processor, add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning. If making a dressing variation, include lemon juice or vinegar.
  • Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth. Scrape down the sides occasionally.
  • If the dip is thicker than desired, add a splash of water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your preferred consistency.
  • Enjoy the dip immediately, or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 5 days.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for about a month. If thickened after refrigeration, add a tablespoon of water to restore consistency.
