  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, making sure to reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add your shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

Notes
