Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream Use your favorite brand or homemade vanilla ice cream.

Coating

  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes Can substitute with panko breadcrumbs for a different texture.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut Optional for extra flavor and crunch.

Toppings (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup For drizzling on top.
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream Optional, for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Scoop ice cream into balls and place on a baking sheet. Make sure the balls are about 2 inches in diameter for optimal frying. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  • Roll each frozen ice cream ball in the cornflake mixture, coating thoroughly.
  • Return the coated ice cream balls to the freezer for another 30 minutes.

Frying

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot.
  • Fry the coated ice cream balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with chocolate syrup and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For the best experience, serve while warm and cool. Customize toppings based on personal preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer preservation.
