Ingredients
  

Noodles and Broth

  • 4 packets Ramen noodles Can use instant or fresh ramen noodles
  • 2 cups Chicken broth Homemade or store-bought
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce Adjust based on taste

Protein and Vegetables

  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil For cooking
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Minced
  • 2 cups Vegetables (like bok choy, carrots, and mushrooms) Chopped
  • 2 Green onions Sliced for garnish
  • 2 Eggs Optional, for boiling

Cooking

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breast and cook until browned, then pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add vegetables and let them cook until tender.
  • If using, boil eggs in a separate pot and peel.
  • Divide the cooked noodles into bowls, ladle the broth and chicken over them, and top with sliced green onions and halved boiled eggs. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle more green onions on top before serving. You can also add chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce for some heat. Store broth and noodles separately to maintain texture if there are leftovers.
