Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon bites on the sheet in a single layer.
  • Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over each piece of salmon, ensuring an even coating.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
  • Just before serving, garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
