  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the shrimp.

For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  • Serve over cooked rice or quinoa and top with your choice of vegetables.
  • Drizzle with any remaining honey garlic sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add sriracha or chili flakes to the marinade. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
