Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and chop the vibrant veggies.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • In a small bowl, combine the hot honey with soy sauce and lime juice, then pour over the chicken in the skillet.
  • Add the chopped veggies during the last few minutes of cooking and toss until tender yet crisp.
