Preparation

  • Add macaroni and water to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Quick-release the pressure when cooking time is done.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, and butter until creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Notes

You can prep the ingredients ahead of time and combine them right before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and can be frozen for later use.
