Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 8 oz Pasta Any shape like bowtie, penne, or rotini.
  • 4 oz Salami, diced
  • 4 oz Ham, diced
  • 4 oz Pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini peppers Adjust to taste.

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Always chill the pasta salad before serving for the best taste and texture. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Give it a good stir before serving.
