Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Slider rolls
  • 1 pound Sliced deli meats (salami, ham, and pepperoni) Use a mix of your favorite deli meats
  • 8 slices Sliced provolone cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or Gouda

Seasonings and Butter Mixture

  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, optional For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the sliced deli meats evenly over the rolls.
  • Place slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the top halves of the slider rolls.
  • Place the top halves on the filled bottom halves and brush more of the butter mixture over them.

Baking

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the tops to become golden and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Slice rolls evenly for consistent-sized sliders. Substitute turkey or chicken for a lighter option. For variety, consider adding roasted peppers or sautéed onions.
