  • 12 oz tortellini (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup salami (diced)
  • 1 cup ham (diced)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (diced)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

To Taste

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, diced salami, ham, provolone cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and diced red onion. Gently toss the ingredients together until evenly mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the salad ingredients, then lightly toss everything to coat.
  • Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors to your liking.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  • Just before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and flavor.

Notes

This salad is best served chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Consider adding dressing just before serving to maintain texture.
