  • 8 slices Corned beef slices
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch or Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 pieces Almond flour tortillas or low-carb wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay a slice of the almond flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  • On top of the tortilla, layer corned beef, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a small amount of sauerkraut.
  • Drizzle some dressing over the filling.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.

Cooking

  • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Place the rolled-up tortillas seam-side down in the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  • Remove from the pan, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.

Notes

These roll-ups are best served warm and crispy. Pair them with extra dressing for dipping and a side salad for a complete meal.
