  • 1 lb ground beef Cook until browned and drain excess grease.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Stir until melted and combined.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Stir until melted and combined.
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers Cook until softened.
  • 1/2 cup diced onion Cook until softened.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Keto wraps or low carb tortilla Used for rolling the beef mixture.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add diced bell peppers and onions to the beef, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted and combined.
  • Spoon the beef mixture onto keto wraps or tortillas, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in oven or microwave. Avoid freezing as the texture may change.
