Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage
  • 4 cups Cabbage sliced into strips
  • 2 cups Potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and slice the cabbage into strips.
  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  • In a large bowl, combine Kielbasa, cabbage, potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the mixture onto large sheets of aluminum foil and fold them into packets.
  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  • Carefully unwrap the packets and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Make sure to cut the vegetables and sausage into similar sizes for even cooking. Experiment with different spices or add some hot sauce for a kick. If you want a bit of crunch, try adding some shredded carrots or bell peppers to the mixture. You can make these foil packs ahead of time and cook them later. They can also be cooked on a grill instead of an oven.
