  • 4 stems Green onions Sliced, can be replaced with cilantro.
  • 4 cups Cooked rice For serving.

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes; let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.

Notes
