Ingredients
  

Cake Base

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup lemon curd Adjust for stronger lemon flavor if desired.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon curd, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the lemon cake mix into a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix evenly.
  • Pour water over the top and drizzle melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy chilled or warm.

Notes

Serve lemon cream cheese dump cake warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
